Nothing fancy about this salad but ohhhh so good on a hot day. It can be made lighter by using sugar free pudding, lite cool whip and fruits in juice and holds up well.
Ingredients:
1 (29oz) large can of fruit cocktail (do not drain)
1 large can of pineapple chunks (drain)
2 small cans of mandarin orange (drain)
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding
1 8oz container of cool whip
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the instant pudding over fruit cocktail
2. stir until the pudding dissolves.
3. Add pineapple chunks and oranges.
4. Mix well.
5. Fold in cool whip and chill before serving.
6. *I always use the 'lite' fruit, fat free/sugar free pudding and fat free cool whip. It still tastes great!
