Ingredients:
3/4 cup green seedless grapes
3 apricots, cut into eighths
3 dried figs, sliced medium thick
1/2 pound mixed greens
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 ounces gorgonzola cheese (or goat cheese)
1/4 pound turkey breast, sliced, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 extra virgin olive oil to taste
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients, except cheese, together.
2. Top with goat or gorgonzola cheese
