This is a great cake full of many flavors. I make this on a regular basis and it is always gobbled right up. One of my favorites.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour sifted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon
1/2 pound butter
2-1/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 tablespoons brandy flavoring
3/4 pound candied pineapple
3/4 pound candied whole cherries
1 pound seedless raisins
15 ounces pecan halves
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients.
2. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and flavoring in large bowl.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Add fruit and nuts.
5. Bake in lightly greased tube pan at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
