Cute little baskets made with shredded wheat, and filled with fruit and yogurt. Easy! Use whatever fruit you like, and whatever yogurt you like. Greek yogurt is amazing with this!
Ingredients:
2 large shredded wheat biscuits
1/4 cup coconut
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
fresh sliced blueberries
banana
strawberry
peach
vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.
2. Drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.
3. Line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil. Press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.
4. Bake 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
5. Cool, remove by lifting foil.Peel off foil.
6. Add fruit and a dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
