Fruit and Veggie Slaw with Spicy Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 papaya
1 mango
1 jicama
1/4 honeydew
1 very firm pear
1 large carrot
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
1 teaspoon sugar
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon asian chile sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced lime zest
Directions:
1. Julienne all fruit and veggies and combine in a bowl. Mix all vinaigrette ingredients except lime zest in a blender. Add lime zest and pour over the slaw, tossing lightly with fingers. Chill until ready to serve. Toss again lightly with fingers and serve as a side dish or mound on dinner plate.
