A little mish-mosh of everything, this can be eaten by one peron, but it's a ton of food, and you'll be stuffed silly. This is meant more as a light dinner.
Ingredients:
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stalk, sliced
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 oz colby cheese, cubed
1 apple, sliced
1/4 cup red grapes
1/4 cup green grapes
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Arrange on a platter and enjoy. Can be put with your favorite dip, if need be.
