Always wondered why my Raby is crazy about his early morning snack , the romaine lettuce . So , I finally decided to find out and the result is here ....
Ingredients:
2 medium fresh romaine lettuce , leaves washed and separated
2 tbsp mangoes , diced
2 tbsp cubed jack fruit
2 tbsp cubed apricot
2 tbsp dark raisins
12 shrimps , peeled , washed with tail intact and blanched for 1 min
mango sauce
2 tbsp mango pulp , puree and sieve , 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate mixed
( or can use ur fave sauce )
Directions:
1. Mix everything .
2. Serve
