Fruit and Rice Stuffing

From Mom's notebooks. Makes enough for a 10-12 lb turkey, or 2-3 chickens.
Ingredients:
5 cups cooked white rice
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup dried apricot, diced
1/2 cup dried prune, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stuff into poultry and cook as directed, or pack into buttered 8 cup baking dish and bake at 350F 30-40 min until hot and top is browned.
