Fruit and Rice Salad

A different salad for your BBQ, I got the recipe from a Kingergarden fundraiser lunch and loved it at first bite. Haven't actually made the recipe yet but just thought I'd add it on while I had the recipe handy.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup pineapple chunk
4 cups cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 cup walnuts
1 medium apple, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups diced oranges
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and sunflower seeds.
2. Chill overnight.
3. Add walnuts and sunflower seeds just before serving.
