Fruit and Ice Cream Puddings

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice pudding into 1 cm thick slices.
  2. Use an egg ring to cut each slice into a 7 cm circle.
  3. Spoon 2 tblsp ice cream into base of 6 x 1/2 cup moulds.
  4. Top with piece of pudding.
  5. Cover with another 2 tblsp of ice cream
  6. Smooth with spatula.
  7. Freeze 4 hours.
  8. Spoon a little custard onto each plate.
  9. Invert pudding onto custard.
  10. Top with berries, serve immediately.
