Great for break, lunch or as a dessert. I really like it with the White Chocolate Cheesecake or Amaretto Cheesecake yogurt, but any flavor will do. There seems to be some questions as to how I arrived at this being 1 pt when others are saying 4 pts. According to the online WW Point Tracker, which is what I track with: 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal = 0 pts; 6 ounces Weight Watcher's 1 point yogurt = 1 pt; 1/4 cup blueberries = 0 pts; 1/2 cup strawberries = 0 pts. Remember, Zaar's nutritional information facts are based on generic low fat yogurt . I highly recommend you track each item for yourself in your point tracker instead. Hope that helps!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fiber one cereal, original, divided
6 ounces low-fat yogurt, any flavor, weight watcher's 1 point yogurt, divided
1/4 cup blueberries, divided
1/2 cup strawberry, sliced, divided
Directions:
1. Layer half of each ingredient in order given. Repeat. Enjoy!
