Fruit And Brazil Nut Loaf

this recipe has a lot of nuts in it...and fruit... I don't know how many servings but it does make 2 loaves...the recipe is from a Gooseberry Patch cookbook
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teasp. baking powder
1 teasp. salt
10-ounce box whole pitted dates
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup brazil nuts
10-ounce jar maraschino cherries, drained
5 eggs, beaten
1 teasp. vanilla
Directions:
1. sift together the dry ingredients into a bowl
2. add dates, nuts, and cherries.
3. stir to coat with the flour mixture
4. add the eggs and the vanilla
5. blend everything well
6. spoon batter into 2 well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans
7. bake at 325' F for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes
8. cool
