I found this in a coles Magazine, what a relief to find a recipe that didn't need much converting (I have omitted the mustard, use it if you can tolerate it(dijon mustard). Of course if you have lactose Intolerance I would suggest a small serve or taking a Lacteeze tablet first. Read more . I added Fructose Friendly to their title to make it easier for us FrucMalers to find.
Ingredients:
1.5 kg potatoes, peeled, quartered (go for the type of potato that you can tolerate.)
300ml cream
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tablespoons chives
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200c or 180c for fan forced.
2. Place potatoes in a large baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients.
4. Pour over potatoes and toss to combine.
5. Cover with poil and bake for 45 minutes.
6. Remove poil and bake for another 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and golden.
