Frozen Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream

Lo and behold this is a recipe for only 1 PINT of ice cream, just right for my new Mini Chill ice cream maker. The cooking time does not include churning time.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut in pieces
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Chill in refrigerator until cold; put in ice cream maker canister.
3. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
