Ingredients:
8 ounces neufchatel cheese
1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
1 splenda quick pack
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 pinch salt
5 cups mixed fruit, frozen
1 lettuce leaves, as garnish
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon rind, and salt in large bowl until smooth. Mix in fruit. Spread in 11x7-inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
2. Let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce-lined plates.
