Frozen Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage
1 green pepper
1 large carrot
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
1. Chop vegetables, sprinkle with salt. Let stan one hour.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour over cabbage and mix. Stir well. Freeze in plastic freezer bags. To serve.
3. Thaw in refrig.
