Found online and submitted by Sugarloaf Ski Resort, Carrabasset, Maine USA this is #1 of the après-ski cocktails making the rounds of the slopes this season.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup real cream
1 1/2 ounces kahlua
1 ounce irish cream
1 ounce absolut vodka
Directions:
1. Blend in blender. Serve in tall glass. Garnish with a cherry.
