Frozen Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients:
4 ounce(s) bakers german sweet chocolate
8 ounce(s) cool whip, thawed
3 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
8 graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
Directions:
1. Heat chocolate and 2 tablsp. milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, beat sugar into cream cheese. Add remaining milk and chocolate mixture; beat until smooth.
3. Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese-chocolate mixture; blend until smooth. Spoon into pie crust; freeze 4 hours.
4. Put pie in refrigerator about 1/2 hour before serving. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
