Frozen Chocolate Mocha Cheesecake

This is sooooo good! Very pretty when garnished with swirls of whipped cream, fat chocolate curls and chocolate covered coffee beans.
Ingredients:
1&1/4c. chocolate cookie crumbs
8oz. cream cheese; softened
14oz. can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4c. sugar
2/3c. chocolate syrup
2t. instant coffee
2t. hot water
1/4c. butter, melted
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs, butter & sugar.
2. Pat the mixture on the bottom & sides of a 9 springform pan or 9x13 pan and chill crust.
3. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk & chocolate syrup.
4. Dissolve the instant coffee in the hot water, then add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
5. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Pour into chocolate crumb crust and cover with cling wrap or foil.
7. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
8. Garnish with swirls of whipped cream, chocolate curls and/or chocolate covered coffee beans.
9. Store leftover cheesecake in freezer.
