This one makes a great high-protein treat for those in the puree/mushy phase but is good enough for everyone in the house to enjoy! This came from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
1 fage greek yogurt (1 small container)
4 tablespoons cool whip lite
1 cup light cherry pie filling
splenda sugar substitute
1 scoop designer whey vanilla almond protein powder
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients using a hand blender to break down the cherries.
2. Pour into individual cups.
3. Freeze.
