Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place cottage cheese in a fine-mesh strainer and force liquid out with the back of a spoon.
  2. Puree in blender until smooth.
  3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Sprinkle gelatin over orange jice in a medium saucepan.
  6. Let soften 3 minutes.
  7. Heat on low until dissolved.
  8. Add 1/2 cup berries.
  9. Add juice-berry mixture to blender and pulse.
  10. Scatter remaining berries in graham cracker crust.
  11. Pour mixture over berries.
  12. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
