Something I picked up from fabulousfoods. Com. A delicious and refreshing treat with friends. Ingredients:
1/2 cup peach nectar |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 oz |
1/4 cup peach schnapps |
crushed ice |
3/4 cup sparkling white wine or 3/4 cup champagne, chilled and divided |
Directions:
1. Mix peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps and 1/2 cup Champagne in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into Champagne flutes.
3. Top each glass with 1/2 of remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.
