This sound like a good Christmas treats
Ingredients:
1 pound braunschweiger
1/2 teaspoon dried sweet basil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons dried minced onion
blend well; shape into a ball, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours.
frost with a mixture of
8 ounces cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Spread over ball. Decorate with chopped nuts or sliced olives or roll in fresh chopped parsley. Place on a small platter of curly endive to serve.
