Frosting For Sweet Potato Surprise Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • you can use more or less of some of these ingredients depending upon your taste for them.

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, sugar, butter, yolks and vanilla in a saucepan
  2. Cook over medium heat about 12 to 15 minutes stirring constantly, until mixture thickens
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add coconut
  5. Beat until cool and is spreadable
  6. Place nuts and raisins on top.
  7. Enjoy
