low cal low fat frosting; borrowed from the The Sneaky Chef cookbook
Ingredients:
1 cup dry milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup water, boiling
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together - add additional hot water until desired consistency.
2. Variations: add 3 tbsp cocoa for chocolate frosting. Replace water with boiling pomegranite or blueberry juice for a fruity frosting.
