Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Directions:
1. Cake:.
2. Mix butter ans sugar with an electric mixer on med. speed until light and fluffy. blend in pumpkin and eggs. Mix in combined dry ingredients. Stir in walnuts.
3. Spread into greased and floured 15 by 10 by 1 inch baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minute or until wodden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool.

6. Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition. Spread onto cake. Cut into squares.
