Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter, divided
2/3 cup baking cocoa, divided
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
18 ounces jar crunchy peanut butter
10 marshmallows
1/3 cup milk
1 lb package powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Heat 1 cup butter and 1/3 cup baking cocoa in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts; stir often. Remove from heat; set aside to cool slightly. Combine sugar, flour and salt in a large mixing bowl; blend in chocolate mixture. Add eggs and vanilla; spread in a greased jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center removes clean. Melt peanut butter; spread over warm brownies. Chill for 30 minutes. Melt marshmallows and remaining butter with milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring often; remove from heat. Whisk in remaining cocoa; gradually stir in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread over peanut butter layer; refrigerate until firm, at least 20 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
