Frosted Fudge Brownies

These are the best brownies that I have ever tried. They make large brownies with thick yummy frosting on them. I got the recipe from Country Woman magazine.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, plus
3 teaspoons butter or 3 teaspoons margarine
3/4 cup baking cocoa
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 teaspoons butter or 6 teaspoons margarine, softened
2 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4-1/3 cup milk
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter.
2. Remove from the heat.
3. Stir in cocoa and cool.
4. While cooling, beat eggs and sugar in mixing bowl.
5. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
6. Gradually add to the egg mixture.
7. Stir in the vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture and mix well.
8. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-in.
9. pan.
10. Bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes of until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
11. Cool on a wire rack.
12. For frosting, in a mixing bowl, cream the butter, confectioners' sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
13. Add enough milk until it achieves spreading consistency.
14. Spread over brownies.
15. Cut into bars and enjoy.
