Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sour cream
1 3/4 cups cashews
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons liquid coffee creamer
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream butter and brown sugar together, add egg and vanilla; mix well.
3. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
4. Add sour cream and cashews.
5. Drop the cookies by teaspoons onto the baking sheet and flatten cookies slightly.
6. Bake for ten minutes, or golden.
7. For frosting: lightly brown butter.
8. Mix in the vanilla, liquid coffee creamer and powdered sugar, adding a little more powdered sugar if needed for spreading consistency.
9. Frost cookies when cooled.
