Simple summer salad. Always get compliments when I bring this to a gathering!
Ingredients:
2 (11 ounce) cans corn, drained
1 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1 package chili cheese fritos corn chips
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except Fritos. Refrigerate for one hour. Mix crushed Fritos in with salad right before serving.
2. *Sometimes, if I'm making this for my family and I know we won't eat it all, I will crush the Fritos and put them on the side. We add them to our own salads - that way you can keep the salad for a couple of days.
