This is a quick and easy mexican breakfast if you need to use up leftover re-fried beans.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups re-fried beans
1/2 lb mild mexican chorizo
4 t. cojita cheese
4 t. sour cream
tortillas
Directions:
1. Fry chorizo in pan until crispy texture. Add beans and mix together. Cook until beans are warm about 3-5 minutes. Top with cojita cheese and sour cream. Serve with tortillas
