Ingredients:
1 bag tofu - cubed deep fried
for sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons peanuts, roasted and crushed
1 teaspoon ground fresh chili paste
5-7 sprigs cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Cut the tofu cubes into half and place them in a toaster oven or oven at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet . You just want to toast them. If you like them crispy, use lower heat and leave them in the oven longer. Flip every few minutes to toast all sides.
2. FOR SAUCE: In a microwavable bowl, combine sugar, ground fresh chili paste, salt and vinegar.
3. Heat up for a minute or until sugar is dissolved. Mix in the chopped cilantro. Top with peanuts.
4. Sauce can mix into tofu...or on the side
