Fried Shrimp Balls (Pazoon Lone Kyaw)

Ingredients:
500 g shelled shrimp
2 medium onions
1 green chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
flour
salt
oil
Directions:
1. Mince the shrimps through the fine blade of a mincer.
2. Chop very finely the onions, chili and coriander.
3. Mix with the other ingredients.
4. Shape into little balls and roll in flour to coat.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry balls until golden.
