Fried Salmon

I made this when the only things I had in my fridge were salmon and Garlic.
Ingredients:
1/2 garlic clove (diced)
1 salmon fillet (cleaned and diced into strips about 1.5 inches in diameter)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. Add the garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.
3. Add the salmon.
4. Cook on 1 side for 15 seconds.
5. Flip and cook for 15 seconds.
6. Add salt and pepper.
7. Stir fry until unside of salmon is a light pink.
