I have not tried this yet just wanted the nutrition but my mother says its a classic she adores so I am anxious!
Ingredients:
6 large corn on the cob
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
1. Shuck the corn and remove silks if not already, scrape the corn from the cob.
2. Melt butter in a skillet and add corn, milk, sugar, and salt.
3. Cook 30 minutes stirring constantly.
