Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add peas and onions; sauté 3 minutes or until tender. Add rice and ham; cook until thoroughly heated. Push rice mixture to the sides of the pan, forming a well in the center.
  2. Add egg to well, and cook until set, stirring occasionally. Stir rice mixture into egg mixture. Stir in soy sauce and water.
