Fried Rice-Stir Fry

rice and veggies and chicken stir fried with sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups rice
10 oz. chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 egg
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. heat wok with oil in it
2. put in garlic and onion, stir
3. then chicken thawed and sliced thinly, stir till not pink on outsides
4. then frozen vegetables, stir
5. then move stuff in wok so that the middle is clear (a hole in the middle)
6. crack egg and sramble with the other stuff
7. add soy sauce and seasonings except the salt is really tony cacheries creole seasoning and not salt at all
8. stir then eat
