Fried Rice Balls

Ingredients:
1 c. cooked white rice
2 eggs (separated)
salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
1 handful of dry parsley
2 handfulls of grated parmesean cheese
dry bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Mix egg yolks, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, cheese add to rice.
2. Form balls (about the size of meatballs) with the rice.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites. Dip the rice balls in the egg
4. whites to coat and then in the bread crumbs to coat.
5. Heat oil to medium-high in a sauce pan (or deep fryer). Cook until golden brown.
6. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce as a dipping sauce.
