Fried Pulled Pork Wontons

This recipe pulls together Chinese Traditional Cuisine and my little twist on it.
Ingredients:
150g wonton squares
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chopped garlic
salt
pepper
1/2 tbsp chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
vegetable oil
*pork ribs
Directions:
1. Cook ribs in boiling water for 30 minutes.
2. When cooked, peal meat of the bones (shred)
3. In a seperate bowl, mix together all other ingredients (except wonton squares)
4. Fill wontons with 1 tsp of mixture or more.
5. Wet edges of wonton with water
6. Fold over and fry till golden brown
7. Serve over rice.
