Fried Potatoes With Hoisin Sauce

Another way of serving the classic fried potatoes. My family loved it !
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes.
salt
pepper
sugar
1/2 cup of flour
1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
cooking oil for deep frying
Directions:
1. Wash the potatoes well. Do not peel them.
2. Slice the potatoes into thin rings.
3. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
4. Toss in flour.
5. Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
6. Pour the Hoisin sauce into a large bowl.
7. Add the fried potatoes and toss gently to coat each piece well.
