Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut up potatoes and wash off.
  2. Heat skillet on med heat.
  3. Add potatoes, onions, peppers, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir every 15 minutes til tender (about 30 minutes).
