Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
salt, pepper and garlic powder (1/4 tsp. each)
4 cups chopped fresh okra
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients and blend well.
2. Add chopped Okra.
3. Using table spoon drop in hot oil and fry until browned.
