I have to make sure to make extras because they disappear quickly Ingredients:
1 -2 lb button mushroom, cleaned with ends cut off |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons milk |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup dry italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and milk together until fluffy. 2. Mix in pepper. 3. Dip mushrooms into egg mixture. 4. Then roll in bread crumbs. 5. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. 6. Fry mushrooms stirring occasionally until they are tender and batter is brown. |
