Fried Mac N Cheese

Had this a local resturant, n had to try n make it at home, so good, Serving size all depends on how much macaroni you have left over. I make extra mac n cheese so I can make these.
Ingredients:
left over mac n cheese (not box type)
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water
1 cup bread crumbs
oil for frying
Directions:
1. Cut refrigerated mac n cheese into bite size pieces.
2. Sewason flour with seasonings.
3. Dredge each piece through the flour,
4. Dip into the egg
5. then coat with the bread crumbs.
6. Allow to rest 5 minutes to set the crust
7. Careully drop into hot oil and fry till golden brown.
8. Drain on paper towel,
9. Serve warm
