Fried Green Tomatoes

Just as good to the taste, but just a tad bit healthier
Ingredients:
1 green tomato
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons mrs. dash onion and herb seasoning
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Slice tomatoes thinly.
2. Combine flour, salt and Mrs Dash Onion and Herb Blend.
3. Heat EVOO over medium-high heat.
4. Coat tomato slices heavily in flour mixture.
5. Fry in EVOO, flipping every minute or two until tomatoes are soft and coating is browned.
