Fried Green Beans Dry

We cook these whenever we feel like a simple summer vegetable with a kick. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Ingredients:
1/4 lb or fist full fresh of green beans (snapped)
1 tbsp favorite seasoning (i use italian)
1 tsp seasoned pepper
2 tsp corn starch
cooking spray
3 tbsp water
Directions:
1. Spray with oil and heat a large skillet on medium high
2. Rinse the green beans and shake off excess water (you don’t want them dry)
3. Put your seasonings and corn starch in a large plastic bag
4. Add the beans and shake to coat
5. Put them in your skillet and cook; add water and cover for 2 minutes
6. Uncover and cook until done 4 minutes or so
7. They should be hot and crisp
