This is my recipe for fried cucumbers.
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
salt
pepper (optional)
oil
flour
Directions:
1. Cut cucumber in half. Peel and cut into slices lengthwise. Place in water.
2. When ready to fry add oil to skillet.
3. Dredge slice of cucumber in flour and place in skillet. Do this until all or added or skillet is full.
4. Salt and peper to taste.
5. Fry until golden brown on both sided.
6. Enjoy.
7. Cook time is 5 to 10 minutes on both sides.
