Directions:

  1. Marinate diced chicken in mixture of water, cornstarch, salt, sherry, egg white.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan or wok until hot.
  3. Stir-fry chicken mixture for 3 minutes or until chicken turns white.
  4. Add peanuts.
  5. Serve hot.
