A long time in the making with many trials & errors. Just for fun, my seasoning also has 11 Herbs & Spices. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon dried sage |
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon dried celery flakes |
Directions:
1. Place all herbs in food processor & chop fine. 2. Combine all ingredients & mix well. 3. Lightly season chicken directly with mix, let rest 10 minutes, toss chicken in flour & pat to remove excess. 4. Let chicken rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to get sticky then fry,. |
