Ingredients:
1 lb chicken liver (approximately)
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
Directions:
1. Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
2. Soak liver in milk and egg.
3. Drain liver.
4. Shake in flour mixture and fry.
